Terms of Service

Earlier version: Terms of Service, 2026-07-10. It remains available because customers purchased under it.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GrowFasterSEO (growfasterseo.com and related product apps), a service of Dream Grande Media, LLC, doing business as GrowFasterSEO ("we," "us," "our"). By subscribing to or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

GrowFasterSEO is a subscription SEO and AI-search service performed on the website you already operate. The current core plan includes: an initial SEO and technical audit; a prioritized action plan delivered within 14 days of purchase; initial priority fixes once usable website access is available; ongoing technical and on-page improvements; optimization of your existing pages, including titles, descriptions, schema and internal linking; website speed, crawl-health and broken-link improvements; on-site local SEO applied to your existing website pages; AI Search and ChatGPT readiness for your existing content; a weekly progress update covering completed work and next actions; a monthly performance report covering selected rankings and AI visibility; and a dedicated US account manager.

Not included in the core plan: new articles or blog posts; new service, city, location or service-area pages; Google Business Profile management; daily customer-facing ranking reports; backlinks; press releases; advertising management; and website design, hosting or management.

The offer version you purchased, together with the checkout description shown to you at the time, defines your service. If you purchased under an earlier offer version, that version governs your subscription and nothing in these Terms withdraws what you bought.

We may improve or change tools and workflows. We will not reduce your paid plan's core deliverable commitments without notice and a right to cancel as described below.

2. Legal Entity and Branding

The contracting party is Dream Grande Media, LLC (d/b/a GrowFasterSEO). Customer-facing product, billing descriptor, and brand are GrowFasterSEO unless a legal disclosure requires the LLC name. Stripe and invoices may show GrowFasterSEO branding.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

• Monthly plans bill in advance each month with no minimum term. You may cancel anytime from your account. If you need help, support@growfasterseo.com also honors cancellation requests. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period still runs unless you are inside the refund window and request a refund instead.
• Yearly plans bill in advance for twelve months of service at the stated yearly rate (twelve months for the equivalent of ten monthly payments). The yearly subscription renews at its next annual billing date unless canceled before renewal. After the 60-day guarantee window, yearly fees are not refundable for unused months except where required by law.
• Rate lock: the price and billing interval of your active subscription stay locked while that subscription remains continuously active. Price changes apply to new customers, not your locked rate.
• Rate-lock lifecycle: a temporary payment failure, payment retry, past-due state, or documented payment-recovery period does not remove the lock while the original subscription remains open, and neither does a temporary suspension of service after failed retries. A scheduled cancellation that you reverse before your paid-through service period ends keeps the lock. Once the subscription is canceled, terminated, or refunded and service ends, the lock ends; a later return is a new purchase at the then-current price. If we offer a switch between monthly and yearly billing, the switch takes the then-current price for the new billing interval, and that new rate is then locked while the resulting subscription remains continuously active.
• Failed payments: we may retry failed charges and suspend delivery until payment succeeds. Continued non-payment may end the subscription.

4. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We believe our work should earn your business, not a contract. If, within sixty (60) calendar days of your initial purchase, you judge the quality of our service to be unsatisfactory, contact support@growfasterseo.com and we will refund your original purchase to the original payment method. You are the judge of quality under this guarantee; you do not need to prove anything beyond telling us you were not satisfied with the work.

• Applies only to your initial purchase (monthly or annual).
• Expires 60 days after your original purchase date. It does not renew or reset with future subscription payments or renewals.
• Refund requests must be submitted before the 60-day guarantee period expires. After it expires, charges are final and non-refundable (except where required by law); canceling later stops future charges only.

We guarantee the quality, professionalism, and execution of our service. We do not guarantee Google rankings, search traffic, leads, sales, or any specific business outcome, as these depend on factors outside our control. This guarantee is not available because rankings, traffic, or leads did not meet a target.

After a refund: your membership, ongoing SEO services, software access, and support end immediately. Completed changes already made to your website remain on your site. We reserve the right to deny refund requests involving fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or other bad-faith attempts to exploit this guarantee.

5. Website Access Is Required

To deliver the service you must grant us usable administrative or equivalent edit access to your website platform, typically by inviting seo@growfasterseo.com as an admin or staff user. Without usable website access we cannot implement on-site changes or apply most technical fixes.

• Until access is granted, on-site delivery (the priority fixes and ongoing improvements) is blocked even if billing is active; the initial audit and the prioritized action plan are still delivered.
• If access is never granted, or is revoked, we may suspend work, continue billing for the plan until you cancel (after the refund window), or terminate for material non-cooperation after notice.
• We do not require your personal password by default. Prefer our own staff account. Exception platforms that cannot add users may require a secure alternative you approve.

6. Your Website, Content, and Ownership

Your website, your domain and your content remain yours. Every improvement we make to your existing pages stays on your site if you cancel.

If an earlier offer version included additional deliverables, completed work delivered under that version remains yours under the terms shown when you purchased. Historical customers keep the entitlements of the offer version they purchased. Work still in progress is not guaranteed to be completed or delivered after the paid service period ends.

GrowFasterSEO's internal software, crawlers, automation, workflows, templates, research systems, and internal operational data are not transferred as part of the service.

7. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, including licenses, certifications, and claims we may use in authorized website improvements.
• Have the legal right to grant us access and authorize changes to the website you connect.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringing promotion.
• Keep payment method current and respond to access or verification requests needed for delivery.

8. What We Guarantee (Work Only)

We guarantee the work described in your plan when access and required inputs allow: the audit, the prioritized action plan, the priority fixes, ongoing technical and on-page improvements within platform limits, and the weekly and monthly reporting described above. We re-earn the subscription every month with shipped work.

9. What We Never Guarantee (Results)

Search rankings, Map Pack placement, traffic, leads, revenue, AI citations, and similar outcomes are controlled by third parties (including Google and AI systems) and by market factors outside our control. We do not guarantee results of any kind. Anyone promising guaranteed rankings is not us. Our ethical baseline: work yes, results never as a contractual promise.

10. Free Audit and Marketing Site Tools

Free audits and similar tools may be offered without a subscription. They are informational, may be incomplete if a site blocks crawls, and do not create a duty to perform paid work until you subscribe and complete onboarding access. Abuse (scraping, automated spam, false identities) may result in blocks without notice.

11. Service Changes and Availability

We may improve, modify, or discontinue features. If we materially reduce what your plan includes, you may cancel. For prepaid periods, we will refund a pro-rata portion of prepaid, undelivered service when required by these Terms or law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for the work commitments expressly stated in these Terms, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate for material breach, non-payment, abuse of free tools, unlawful use, or prolonged failure to provide required access after notice. If we terminate without cause, we will refund prepaid, undelivered periods.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Nevada, where Dream Grande Media, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is in the courts of Nevada, except where arbitration or consumer rules require otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
