This Privacy Policy explains what information Dream Grande Media, LLC d/b/a GrowFasterSEO ("we," "us," "our") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use growfasterseo.com, related product apps, free audit tools, and paid services.

1. Information We Collect

• Account and onboarding: name, email, phone, business name, website URL, platform, trade, service area, goals, competitor URLs, claims you authorize, and similar details you submit.
• Free audit and lead forms: website URL, email, phone, business name, city, trade, optional competitor URL, and technical signals we collect from public pages to build a report.
• Billing: processed by our payment processor (for example Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We receive payment status, last4, and subscription identifiers as needed to run the account.
• Website and integration data: content and technical data from sites you grant access to (CMS admin, Google Search Console, Google Analytics), used to audit, plan, implement authorized improvements, measure, and report. If you provide Google Business Profile details, we treat them as business information; the current core plan does not connect to or manage the profile itself.
• OAuth tokens: if you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics with one-click OAuth, we store an encrypted refresh token needed for read-only access. We do not request permission to post, edit, or delete data in your Google account.
• Usage and ads data: logs, device/browser type, approximate location from IP, cookies, pixels, and conversion events (including audit completion and purchase) used for security, product analytics, and advertising measurement.
• Support communications: emails and messages you send to support.

2. How We Use Information

• To deliver the managed SEO and AI-search service you request: audits, research, action planning, technical and on-page improvements to existing website pages, measurement, reports, and support.
• To run free audits and follow-up email sequences about the report and our service.
• To bill you, prevent fraud, and manage subscriptions (including refunds within policy).
• To measure ads and improve conversion (for example Meta pixel / conversion API events).
• To improve the product, diagnose problems, and rate-limit abuse of free tools.
• To send service notices. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link where required.

3. Google API Data and Limited Use

When you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics, we request only the read-only permissions needed for that connected feature. We access the identity of the Google account that granted access; Search Console properties and performance data such as queries, pages, clicks, impressions, and average position; and Analytics properties and reporting data such as sessions, engaged sessions, channel groupings, and key events. We use this data to provide and improve prominent customer-facing GrowFasterSEO features and the managed SEO service you request, including measuring site performance, planning and performing SEO work, and showing or reporting your results.

• Storage and protection: Google refresh tokens are encrypted before storage and protected by tenant-scoped access controls. We use the token only to obtain short-lived access needed for the connected features.
• Authorized staff access: authorized GrowFasterSEO employees, agents, and contractors may view your specific Google data only after you affirmatively agree during connection and only when needed to deliver or support your SEO service. The limited exceptions are when access is necessary for security or abuse prevention or required by law.
• No advertising or data sales: we do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, transfer it to data brokers, or use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending.
• No generalized model training: we do not use your Google user data to train or improve shared or generalized machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models. Using your data to generate analysis or work solely for your account is allowed.
• Limited sharing: we transfer Google user data only with your consent when necessary to provide or improve the customer-facing service, to service providers acting on our behalf under use and security restrictions, for security or abuse prevention, or when required by law. We will not transfer it as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale without first obtaining your explicit consent.
• Disconnecting: you can disconnect Google in GrowFasterSEO at any time, which ends access to Search Console and Analytics together, and you can also revoke access in your Google Account connections. Disconnecting destroys the stored Google refresh token and stops future imports. Metrics already imported into your account may remain in historical reports under the retention terms below; you may request their deletion.

GrowFasterSEO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your private business data to serve your direct competitors as a product feature.
• We do not claim ownership of your website, your content, or completed improvements made to your website.
• We do not require your personal CMS password when your platform supports inviting our staff user.

5. Sharing

Except for Google API data, which is governed exclusively by Section 3 and is never shared for advertising, we share other information only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, databases, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, ads platforms, SEO data APIs), under contracts or terms that limit their use; when required by law; to protect rights and safety; or in a business transfer, in which case this policy continues to apply to the transferred data where required. Nothing in this section expands the permitted use or transfer of Google API data described in Section 3.

6. Cookies, Pixels, and Analytics

We use essential cookies, analytics, and advertising pixels/SDKs to operate the site, understand aggregate usage, and measure campaigns. You can control many cookies in browser settings. Ad platforms may receive hashed event data (for example purchase or lead) according to their tools and your consent settings where applicable.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and billing-related data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, dispute, and fraud purposes. Free audit leads may be retained to deliver the report, run the follow-up sequence, and improve abuse controls. You may request deletion as described below; some records may be retained where law requires.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices for staff and systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email support@growfasterseo.com. We respond within 30 days where required.

10. Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or on this page before they take effect where required.
