Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GrowFasterSEO, a service operated by Dream Grande Media ("we," "us," "our"). By subscribing to or using GrowFasterSEO, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

GrowFasterSEO is a subscription service that performs search engine optimization work on your behalf, including keyword research, content planning, article writing, publishing to your website, technical site crawls, content refreshes, rank tracking, and AI-search visibility monitoring. The specific deliverables depend on the plan and add-ons you select at purchase.

2. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

• Monthly plans bill in advance each month and carry no minimum term. You may cancel at any time by emailing support@growfasterseo.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Yearly plans bill in advance for twelve months of service at the yearly rate (equivalent to ten monthly payments). One-time setup fees for the website build and white-label setup are waived on yearly plans. Yearly plans are not refundable for unused months except where required by law.
• One-time build fees (such as website builds or the Authority Accelerator build) are due at purchase and are non-refundable once work has begun. The Authority Accelerator's monthly support component bills like any monthly subscription and may be cancelled by email.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

3. Your Content and Ownership

Every article we publish to your website is yours. If you cancel, all published content remains on your site and your license to it is perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free. We retain no rights to remove, reclaim, or relicense content we published for you.

4. Your Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information about your business during onboarding, including what you are legally permitted to claim (licenses, certifications, guarantees).
• You must have the legal right to publish content on the website you connect to the service.
• You may not use the service to promote unlawful products or services, or content that is deceptive, defamatory, or infringing.

5. No Ranking Guarantees

Search rankings are controlled by third parties (including Google and AI answer engines), not by us. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic level, citation, or revenue outcome. What we commit to is the work itself: your plan's article volume, published on schedule, meeting the quality standards described on our website.

6. Keyword Exclusivity Add-On

Where purchased, keyword exclusivity covers up to 25 locked keywords (expandable in packs of 10 for an additional monthly fee). We will not accept a direct competitor as a client targeting your locked keywords while your subscription is active. Keywords must be relevant to your actual business; relevance is verified at onboarding and at each keyword review. Exclusivity ends when the associated subscription ends.

7. Service Changes and Availability

We may improve, modify, or discontinue features of the service. If we materially reduce what your plan includes, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of any prepaid, undelivered period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Except as expressly stated in these Terms, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate the service for material breach of these Terms, including non-payment or unlawful use. If we terminate without cause, we will refund any prepaid, undelivered period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Dream Grande Media is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
